1. Verification Payment (₹1)

The ₹1 verification payment is generally non-refundable once verification is processed successfully.

2. Subscription Plans

Basic and Pro plan charges are billed in INR as listed on the pricing/products page.

3. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of future renewals (if renewal is applicable in your billing flow). Access validity for already-paid period may continue as per plan terms.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.
• Failed transaction with confirmed debit and no service activation.
• Other exceptional cases reviewed by support.

5. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Settlement time depends on banking/payment partner timelines.
